OATS MIX VEG CHILA - I was thinking it’s been a while I haven’t shared oats recipe. Oats is the healthiest gluten-free whole grain and an excellent source of vitamins, minerals, finer and antioxidants. Beneficial for weight loss, blood sugar levels and reduced risk for heart disease. Further have added besan for protein and lots of veggies making this chila a complete meal. Recipe steps summarised below • - In a bowl, take 1.5 cup mildly roasted oats • - add 2 tbs besan • - add Jeera, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder & asafoetida • - add some water to make spreadable thick batter (we are adding vegetables which will also release water, so don’t add too much water) • - add 1.5 cup finely chopped vegetables (I have used carrots, cabbage, capsicum & onion) • - adding my favou
