These Idli Bullets are ready in a jiffy and need no fermentation😀 Instantly elevated with the flavour of my homemade Jain Podi Masala. Paryushan is on and you can still relish these delicious idlis while following it religiously ❤️ Method: • Bring 1+1/4cup Water to a boil add in 1tsp salt & ghee each and 1cup rice flour • Cook for 2-3 mins on low flame and mix. Take it off the flame and knead into a soft dough • Make bite sized bullets out of the dough and steam for 5-10mins until tender • Heat some oil in a pan crackle mustard seeds, hing & curry leaves, add in the steamed bullets & podi (recipe below) Mix well & Serve For the Jain Podi Masala Ingredients: • 1 cup Chana Dal • 1 cup Urad Dal • ¼ cup Toovar Dal
