Healthy Chicken salad 1 cup plain, nonfat yogurt cup grapes (cut in half) cup apple (chopped) cup chopped walnuts or almonds 2 cups cooked, chopped chicken. Mix yogurt, grapes, apples and nuts. combine chicken and yogurt mixture and place on top of salad.
