Start by melting a big knob of butter in a pan, once that melts add Cajun seasoning. Stir that up and let it mingle a bit. I then added and cooked the shrimp in the seasoned butter. Once the shrimp is cooked add another knob of butter and sprinkle some flour to thicken things up. Once the butter thickens add some heavy cream, stir it all together, and keep seasoning to taste as it simmers. Add in fettuccini, stir together, sprinkle some cayenne and parsley!
