Dugo nisam praktikovala doručak. Mislim da sam više puta pisala o tome… I dalje nisam gladna kada ustanem i nisu mi jasni svi oko mene koji su straaašno gladni tik što otvore oči. Kažu da je doručak jako važan, i vremenom sam počela sebe da učim da bar nešto pojedem, da zadovoljim formu. Prvo sam uvela smuti sa voćem, onda sam prešla na musli, granolu, ovsene kaše… I prija mi, jer sve to je lagano, zdravo, a osećaj sitosti me drži dugo, posebno posle žitarica.
