20min · 8 servings     Ingredients:   • Roma tomatoes (as many as possible)   • Spray oil to spray on the dehydrator to make sure it   • Dehydrator   • jelly jars  • Water bath canner  Ingredients per jar:  • One Bayleaf  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning  • 1 tsp garlic salt  • 1 tsp garlic  •  olive oil, to fill the jars   Directions:   •  Cut your Roma tomatoes and a half and place them in your oiled dehydrator  • Adjust your dehydrator to vegetables and dehydrate until they aren’t sticking to the bottom  and the moisture is all gone from the tomato’s  •  Fill the jars with the tomatoes, then your spices, and put the lids and seals on (make sure that there’s no debris on the rim)  • Place in a water bath and once it starts boiling time 10 to 15  • Remove and let cool  • I allow my cannin
