Find out how to make these decadent treats below 🍓 ✨Don’t forget to save this recipe for later✨ You’ll Need: - 1 package Martha White Strawberry Muffin Mix - ¼ cup butter, melted - 1 egg yolk - 1 (8oz) package cream cheese, softened - ¼ cup sour cream - ⅓ cup sugar - 2 Tbsp all purpose flour - 1 tsp almond extract - 1 large egg - ⅓ cup raspberry seedless jam - Whipped cream, optional To Make: 1. Preheat oven to 325° F. Coat the bottom of an 8”X8” pan with non-stick cooking spray and parchment paper for easy removal. . 2. Combine Martha White Strawberry Muffin Mix, butter, and egg yolk until a dough forms. 3. Press dough lightly into the prepared pan and set aside. 4. Add cream cheese and sour cream into large bowl and mix well with an electric mixer until smooth. Add in sugar, flour, and almond extract. Beat until blended. 5. Add egg and mix in well. Pour filling over crust. Stir jam before dropping random spoonfuls all over the filling. 6. Use a butter knife to create large swirls of jam throughout the filling 7. Bake 40-45 minutes or until center is set and edges are a light golden brown. 8. Cool for 30 minutes, and then chill for at least 1 hour before serving. 9.
