My husband helped me by screw 2x2 wooden poles to the fence and then we screwed loop hooks to them on top. From the loop hooks he tied wire so the lights would have some support. Wrapped the string lights around the wire and vuala! Now, the backyard is 25' long so I needed an extension on each end of wire. I went to family dollar and bought 3 extension cords for $1.50 each.
