By Peter Rush in Sydney, Australia Very rarely I drive my son to his violin lesson in Coogee, a seaside suburb. Rather than sit through the lesson, I take off down the street to find something to sketch. I have one hour. Even with such hideous flats and the usual Sydney mess of ugly roads and power poles, the ocean is still beautiful. A wonderful void.
