Add Milk and Sugar: Slowly stir in the milk and sugar, and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and continue simmering for 10 minutes. Serve: Serve while hot, or allow the spices to continue steeping as the milk cools for a more intense flavour. Alternatively, serve chilled or over ice.
