Cascade Park in New Castle was once home to the Comet roller coaster, a gulley coaster that used the natural terrain of the park to create a unique ride. Although the coaster has been gone for almost 40 years, there are still some very cool remains of the coaster hiding in the woods. The Tumble Bug was once a staple of the amusement park midway but now there are only two full size operational versions in existence including one at Kennywood Park and one at Conneaut Lake Park.
