It gave the asparagus a nice flavor and texture and I absolutely loved it, but obviously, that was out once I took bread out of my diet. Then it hit me – make some breadcrumbs! So this dish is what came about from that revelation, and I think you will be quite pleased with the result. While storebought dried cranberries can be ok, most are made with a lot of sugar and sunflower seed oil. Even the fruit juice-sweetened ones typically are made with sunflower seed oil.So if you're on the AIP Diet, cranberries without the seed oil are really difficult to find. But I'm showing you how you can dry your own!
