Tramshed - simply amazing. They have put together something really unique - it's high-end, but they only really serve chicken and steak, so it's also relaxed. A true experience, but a down-to-earth one.

Tom Colicchio's Craft Steak (Las Vegas, USA) - probably the best steak I've ever had in the US. Go for the Skirt Steak (it's the hidden secret - far more flavour than ribeye / sirloin).
Kat's Deli (New York, NY) - undoubtedly the best pastrami the world over (and yes, we've tried pastrami in a LOT of places). These things are so addictive that they should probably be considered an illegal substance. ;)
Pat's King of Steaks (Philadelphia, PA) - ok, so the age old debate of Pat's vs. Geno's, which philly cheesesteak is better? The difference is that Geno's uses sliced steak while Pat's uses chopped steak. We prefer Pat's but try both and decide for yourself (they're right next door to one another)!
Pincanha (Brazilian steak) - quite possibly the most delicious meat served on a stick (or a sword). Found at any Brazilian Churrascaria, the Pincanha cut is a prime top sirloin with just a bit of fat on top to add extra flavour.
