To grow, we have to leave our comfort zone. What's missing on this helpful graphics is the panic zone. To feel fear when you do something that scares you is normal. However, if you get into the panic zone, you should attempt to get back into your comfort zone and start again with smaller steps. If you're in your panic zone, you are not able to think clearly and you won't grow. #personalgrowth
