Besides all the ingredients listed ...the following MUST be done: (1) cook water + tumeric 7 - 10 minutes (2) then add coconut OIL (not milk) and fresh ground black pepper to make the GP (Golden Paste) ***It is the cooking, and the coconut oil and the fresh ground black pepper that make it work effectively*** (3) THEN follow the directions for tea by adding Golden Paste + ginger for steeping 10-15 minutes. You can then skip adding any further black pepper and skip the coconut milk.
